Corporate Chaplain

People rarely leave the burdens of life at home. And even though they may put on a smile at work, inside they’re struggling with the cares of life. A parent in declining health. Children having trouble at school. Addictions they just can’t shake. Depression that’s threatening relationships. Where do these people turn for meaningful help and hope?

Corporate Chaplains of America (CCA) brings care and compassion to the workplace, where it is needed most, and where it can make a meaningful difference. Because of our boots-on-the-ground approach to ministry, CCA can care for those who need a trusted objective friend and confidant, and those who can’t bear their burdens alone anymore.

What is Corporate Chaplains of America?
Corporate Chaplains of America (CCA) is an organization that places chaplains in companies. Through CCA, companies can offer a Chaplain Assistance Program (CAP) as an employee benefit, outsourcing stress management and employee care to a ministry that truly cares.

What types of cases are chaplains typically involved in?
Chaplains are certified to enter jail facilities, emergency rooms, and accident scenes. Chaplains will assist your employees in hospital care, family and marriage care, substance abuse, stress management, and interpersonal conflicts. Your chaplain can also perform wedding ceremonies and funeral services.

When is my chaplain available?
The chaplain is available via a voicemail paging system twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week.

What type of special training will my chaplain have?
Because a thorough understanding of the function of the workplace environment is essential, all CCA chaplains are required to have seven to ten years of business workplace experience. In addition, a well-rounded educational background, including seminary training, is required. CCA also provides a custom training and certification program for all chaplains.

Does CCA require chaplains to be affiliated with any specific church or denomination?
No. CCA is a non-denominational ministry.
