The Purpose of this letter is to recognize the efforts of Mr. Chris Howard and his work group for successful mechanical completion of the RO Water project. Successful start up of this system took place on Friday, 12/1/06 on schedule.
The primary measurement of success is always safety and your folks completed this activity without incident to which we gratefully acknowledge.
I am very satisfied with the outcome of the work and the workmanship that has been achieved. This is a tribute to the people you have in the field not only to effectively plan but to execute.
I look forward to a future relationship with your organization as we continue to grow at the Decatur facility.

On behalf of Solutia, I want to thank you for the wonderful job that you and the rest of Hubbard & Drake did on the Solutia Anniston Skydrol project.
Hopefully, you know already that we greatly appreciated the dedication and effort that you specifically put into this project. The timing constraints that were placed on the construction team were tight – but you were able to meet all of your commitments, bar none. The ability for Solutia to demonstrate the blended batches for our two main customers means a lot. We cannot always say that we assemble great teams, but in this case we can say it. I am very pleased to have had the opportunity to add H&D to my list of excellent constructors.
